MTK MT6227 CPU USB DRIVER

I need program it again. This is a TV enabled dual sim phone. Pls help me on this regard. But its only run in read-only mode. I can connect it to my computer as media storage drivers from Xp was OK but I cant use it as webcam. Can anyone suggest the solution for this issue. BTW I found this today:
